Bruce Hughes has a first class reputation in Career and Change Consultancy, having worked with over 1000 individuals from more than 100 organisations.
Initially qualifying as a Banker, he was one of the pioneers who took computers into this sector. A career in IT encompassed the TSB, BOC, and Weir Pumps as well as Glasgow and Sheffield Councils, culminating in the role of Director of Computer Services with Leicester City Council.
Bruce then moved into HR consultancy, becoming Senior Managing Consultant for the UK Midlands. A track record of successful Career and Change Management, including Quality Accreditation (ISO Management Representative) and the pivotal role for the implementation of new systems across Europe and the Middle East.
In 2005 Bruce took the decision to create Midlands Career Management to facilitate and maximise individual potential, growth and development in alignment with generating organisational efficiencies, at the same time as providing transitional support for his previous organisation. A long-time enthusiast of a number of well known psychometric tools, he is an accredited user of Quintax ®. |

Jeff Barnwell has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services industry gained from a number of premium, and well-known, organisations including the Alliance & Leicester, Capital One, MBNA and the Co-operative Bank.
He has successfully operated in a variety of senior positions including Operational Management, Project Management and Sales Management.
Jeff has been responsible for the implementation of major change into a number of organisations. This included identification, planning, communication, training and implementation of the various change programmes.
Jeff is a Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified Trainer. He has successfully coached, trained and developed individuals to achieve success and is passionate about helping people to maximise their potential. |
